After shipping made , our sales person will send you tracking number of your merchandise. Typically , packages are delivered within 1-2 business days according to your request. If we are sizing or modifying your order after purchase , please allow an additional 2-5 business days before shipping.
The packages will not be addressed from SJD Gold & Diamonds for security purposes. It should be in name from SJD or SJD GND or Naushad Nooruddin. We will not ship your shipment until you have replied back to us with confirmation that you will be available to sign for / accept the package on the scheduled delivery date.
Each piece from SJD Gold & Diamonds is photographed and documented before shipping and is packaged with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery. If your package arrives and your item is damaged , please contact us within 24 hours via email shipping@sjdgnd.com.
Please make sure all merchandise received as per your invoice. If you received short merchandise , please make video recording of it and take photos as proof. Also, keep all proof of package with the bags. Do not throw that away.
If you would like to make an online purchase but want to pick it up from our showroom , let us know since we are happy to arrange a pickup time during our business hours for you. Once your payment processing is completed , we will contact you to inform that your package is ready to pick up.
